Denali Opportunity LLC, a Minnesota based liability company, was formed in early 2008 for the purpose of raising funds for wind farm development, wind energy related real estate acquisition, and investment in natural resources. Denali Opportunity will act as a private equity provider to wind farm, real estate and natural resource developments within the Denali Companies and will invest capital in the form of private equity offerings to accredited and super accredited investors and institutions.
